Ron Milio holds a B.S. in Packaging Engineering from Michigan State University in East Lansing MI. Ron’s professional experiences range from Packaging to Project Management, Strategic Sourcing, and Supply Chain Management. Ron’s industrial experiences include Consumer Products, Personal Care Products, Medical Devices, and Bakery. These experiences have included a three-year stint working out of Northern England, supporting operations in Eastern Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa. Ron joined Dave’s Killer Bread in early 2010, which began his involvement working with the Non-GMO Project on verifying DKB products, being responsible for all ingredient sourcing. Ron remains responsible for sourcing non-GMO ingredients today with DKB, part of the Flowers Foods portfolio. When not working on sourcing and supporting the Project, Ron enjoys spending time with his wife, and their two rescue dogs. Ron is working on getting certified as a Grant Writer for non-profits as a way to support worthy organizations.
